Nagoya Day 4: NHK Trophy Figure Skating Competition

The centerpiece of our fourth day in Nagoya was the annual NHK Trophy Figure Skating Competition featuring the top skaters from all over the world. It was the last day of the event so I was able to take photos of both the final men's competition, and the overall exhibition. To view the photos click here: http://isobe.typepad.com/photos/nhk_trophy_2004/.

Beautiful sketches. Are you the person who was my pen pal when I lived in Buna Texas? If so, you sent me sketches of the summer olympics of a man diving. Looks like this same style. College was busy and we lost touch.

  • Photography Tools

    For digital photography, we currently use and highly recommend the Sony Cybershot DSC-R1 digital camera. As a backup, and for those really hard to capture photos that it excels at, we also use a Cybershot DSC-F717 camera.

    We use Adobe Photoshop Elements to process, crop, and edit our photos, and also use a few other digital photography applications that we post about from time to time.
