One Of Our Favorites Hits The Big Time

We listen to a lot of podcasts, frequently several podcasts a day, but there are very few that we feel we just couldn't live without. One of our favorite "Can't live without it" podcasts is ArtaGoGo, an absolutely delightful podcast subtitled "Art Over Easy". So, it was wonderful to discover today that ArtaGoGo featured is the first page of Yahoo's beta Podcast directory.

I tend to avoid reading fiction since non-fiction is usually easier for me to relate to and just as interesting, if not more so. Nevertheless, when Michael Krasny - the host of KQED's popular Forum radio program interviewed E.L. Doctorow about his new book, The March, I felt compelled to listen in. I wasn't disappointed.

I've become an avid Skype user, to the point that I use it several times a day to keep in touch with business contacts, friends, and relatives around the globe. So, when I read that Steve Gillmor just revamped his podcasting setup to use Skype with PowerGramo, it instantly caught my attention.

Alan Stewart and Andrew Winter, two great blokes from "Down Under", have created an extremely informative and useful regular podcast called "The Marketer's Podcast" (see links below). The format has evolved over time, getting better and better with each 'epi-pod'. Their October 29th podcast, the 17th in the series, is an interview with Russell Wright - Search Engine Analyst for Icon Interactive that turned out to be extremely insightful.
