It’s been obvious for a long time that sooner or later Google would make some drastic improvements to their video play, and given the new T&C’s, it looks like they are almost ready to make their move.

I do a lot of videocasting, both for personal use on our family blog, and for my more mainstream Robot's Dreams weblog. I use my Sony Cybershot F717 digital camera to capture most of the videos, but get frustrated because I can't hold it still enough. Spending thousands for a Steadicam rig was definitely out of the question, but for under $50 I think I've found a workable alternative. . .

Alan Stewart and Andrew Winter, two great blokes from "Down Under", have created an extremely informative and useful regular podcast called "The Marketer's Podcast" (see links below). The format has evolved over time, getting better and better with each 'epi-pod'. Their October 29th podcast, the 17th in the series, is an interview with Russell Wright - Search Engine Analyst for Icon Interactive that turned out to be extremely insightful.
